Hope Beyond Transitional Center

RESCUING CHILDREN AND PROVIDING HOPE

We are a rescue center in Kimana, Kenya that provides a home, family, and psychosocial support for at-risk children across Kenya. Our mission is to rescue, support and reintegrate children into communities and stable families while working with the society at large to eliminate homelessness, female genital mutilation (FGM), childhood marriage, and abuse.

Our Caregivers

Our holistic approach to care involves addressing the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of survivors. Our caregivers provide care, counseling services, and life skills training to help them recover and thrive. We also work to create a supportive community where they can feel safe, loved, and understood.

Our rescue center provides a safe haven for girls who have escaped the harmful practices of FGM and child marriage. We are committed to empowering these young women and restoring their hope for the future. Through comprehensive care, we offer a range of services tailored to their individual needs.

Our dedicated staff provides essential medical care, including treatment for any physical or psychological trauma resulting from these practices. Additionally, we offer counseling services to help survivors process their experiences and develop coping mechanisms. By providing a supportive environment, we empower them to heal and rebuild their lives.

Education is a fundamental pillar of our program. We provide access to quality education, enabling survivors to acquire knowledge and skills that will empower them to become independent and self-sufficient. Through vocational training and life skills development, we equip them with the tools they need to pursue their dreams and contribute positively to their communities.
