Dorcus Parit HSC
Founder & DirectorDorcus has over ten years of leadership experience in children’s rights, gender issues, education, and women’s socio-economic empowerment. She is a fierce and fervent girl’s rights crusader who has braved huge challenges, dark, cold nights of rescues, and backlash from the community she serves and rescued close to 600 girls from the shackles of FGM, child marriage, and other forms of SGBV. Due to Dorcus’s efforts in advocacy and rescuing girls from Gender Based Violence, she was awarded the Heads of State Commendation (HSC) by the President of the Republic of Kenya in the year 2020.
John Parit Ole Sing'aru
Board AdvisorJohn Parit Ole Sing’aru is a bishop and visionary leader renowned for his compassionate guidance and transformative impact. He has a Master’s Degree in International Management from the University of Liverpool. For over a decade, he has served as the East African Director of Olive Branch Ministries. His work spans various sectors, including spirituality, community empowerment, environmental advocacy, and corporate stewardship. John embodies the essence of compassionate leadership, inspiring others to pursue a shared vision of hope and sustainability. Through his dedication and leadership, he continues to make a lasting difference in the lives of many.

Clean Water Team LeaderSafe water, effective sanitation, and hygiene are critical to the health of every child and every community. We should therefore not take for granted daily basic human rights to have clean water and proper sanitation. Hope has partnered with Just One Africa in providing access to clean water in the community through water filters. Michael is the head of this project performing duties of filter distribution with water ambassadors and thereafter conducting follow up to ensure that the filters positively impact the community

Communications Officer SupportIn her role at Hope Beyond Foundation, she develops and manages communication strategies, creating impactful content to raise awareness about the organization’s mission to empower young girls. At Lenkai, she ensures the school office runs efficiently. Marlene is passionate about education and activism, and her commitment originates from her own experience of resilience and support through Hope Beyond. She brings in creative talents to encourage change and build a brighter future for her community.

IT & CommunicationsMathew writes and distributes content to promote Hope and its activities. He acts as a liaison between the organization, the public, and the media to ensure that Hope remains top in mind within the community and beyond. His exceptional writing skills allow him to compose engaging and accurate content for social media and other publications. He works effectively and maintains relationships with journalists while seeking opportunities to enhance the reputation of Hope.
